I am at my best when I am creating and creating art with food has been a longtime passion of mine. I have trained with the best (Ferrandi-Paris) & Alain Passard. I have worked in Michelin Star Restaurants (Arpège, Paris) and inside many kitchens, but my most treasured experiences are cooking with those I love.
In my free time I enjoy being with my family, fishing somewhere beautiful and making dinner.
I can’t wait to create memories with those you love, too.
